Seven ways to remain happy in this difficult

As you have read in my previous article about
the advantages and disadvantages of being happy and sad, today I will tell you
about some ways to be happy. Maybe by following these methods will make you happy.
1- Keep
away from Jealousy:
In
order to be happy, it is necessary to get rid of jealousy from one's heart and
mind. Jealousy is a disease that destroys the heart, kidneys, brain and
digestive system. If we want to be happy, we should not keep a disease like
jealousy in our hearts and minds.
2-
Positive thinking:
We must always think positively because when we think positively our brain works in the same way and commands the rest of the body to work properly so that if you think positively it will affect your life. There will be good effects.

Eat
vegetables and be happy
Science has shown that vegetables contain
happy chemicals

Beetroot:
Beetroot contains the happy chemical
serotonin. This hormone helps us to be happy. Beetroot is found in large
quantities. You can be happy by eating beetroot.

How to be happy eating fruit

Almonds,
pineapple and apples
Almonds, pineapples and apples are rich in
dopamine and oxytocin which help you to be happy.
The
use of chocolate also brings happiness.
Milk and butter:
Milk and butter are rich in serotonin. Serotonin
is a chemical substance that is excreted from our body when it we are happy. It
is found in large quantities in milk. You can keep yourself happy by using
milk.
5-
Vent anger:
In
order to be happy, you need to vent your anger, but you should not vent your
anger on the person you are angry with, but if you are a girl, you can knead
the dough to vent your anger and not be harmed by bad words. If you are a boy,
you can vent your anger by tapping a nail in the wall or hitting the pillow.
After venting your anger, you will definitely see what happened to the wall on
which you nailed it. If you were to say the words to a person who has this
condition of the heart, then the choice of words should be made carefully.

Good
friends:
Friends are a special part of life. If a
friend is sincere, you will always be happy. A friend who stands by you in
difficult situations.
7-
Sharing
happiness with others:
Sharing happiness with others is a relief because start sharing what you
want with others. In return, you will get back what you want. If you want to be
happy, you start sharing happiness with people. Be happy and others will be
happy and society will be happy.
